My Story
Rahaf Nasser is an English–Arabic sworn translator, educator, and community-driven advocate dedicated to language empowerment, cultural understanding, and social resilience. With 13 years of English teaching and over 4 years of IELTS and TOEFL coaching, she guides learners toward global opportunities. Informed by her war-torn Syrian background, she engaged in peace-building through online Coffee Chats with the Autònoma University of Barcelona, spoke at TEDx on breaking gender stereotypes and promoting women’s empowerment, and led a UNFPA-funded initiative highlighting Syria’s tangible and intangible heritage amid identity crisis—bridging cultures with purpose and compassion. Through her volunteer work as a speaking partner at Engin Platform helping Ukrainian refugees, she continues to foster connection, learning, and hope across communities.
